 JUNE LOUISE CHAPMAN
 June Louise Chapman, age 87, of Manhattan, Kan., died Saturday, April 20, 2013, at Stormont Vail Medical Center, Topeka.
 She was born June 6, 1925, in Scottsville, Kan., to Loris and Vurble (Ridenour) Underhill. She married Lewis E. Chapman July 1, 1978.
 June was a homemaker and had worked at KSU, Bayer Construction Co., and had been a telephone switchboard operator at Plainville, Kan. She was a member of the 1st Christian Church in Plainville, Fortnightly Club and VFW Auxiliary.
 Survivors: husband Lewis Chapman of Manhattan; 3 sons, Loris Ray Hughes (Francie) of Salina, Howard Hughes (Jeannie), of Lawrence and Robert Hughes (Lori) of Osborne; stepdaughter, Kathleen Caywood of Manhattan; brother, Ronald Underhill (Ginny) of Beloit; sister, Mildred Christie of Salina; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
 Service: 10:30 a.m., Thursday, April 25, Anderes-Pfeifley Funeral Home in Riley, Kan., with Pastor Paul Barkey officiating. Respect calls: Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Riley Cemetery.
