 ROY G. SANDERS
 Roy G. Sanders, age 70, died Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2014, at Park Villa Nursing Home, Clyde, Kan. He was born on June 12, 1943, in Tulsa, Okla., to George Washington and Mary E. (Guthrie) Sanders.
 Roy served in the military during the Vietnam Conflict. Roy worked in the oil fields in Oklahoma, in construction and as a truck driver until he became disabled. He married Mae M. Copple on Jan. 2, 1997. Roy and Mae lived in several towns across Kansas and Oklahoma before settling in the Cloud County area.
 He is survived by his wife, Mae, Clyde; daughter, Rachel Gill, Stilwell, Okla.; son, Roy Gill Jr., Stilwell, Okla.; half-sister, Judy Johnson, Tulsa, Okla; half-brothers, David Johnson (Becky), and Bill Johnson, both of Tulsa, Okla.; stepsons, Billie Hallack, Burleson, Texas, and Warren Hallack, Wichita, Kan.
 He was preceded in death by his parents; half-brother, Frankie Johnson and half-sisters, Wilma and Alma Sanders.
 It was Roy's wishes to be cremated. The family will hold memorial services at a later date. The family suggest memorials to Park Villa Nursing Home or Meadowlark Hospice, in care of Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia. For online condolences please visit www.chaputbuoy.com.
