Letter to the Editor 12-27-13

Dear Editor,
We thank Roberta Lowrey for her many years of dedicated service to the Concordia Area Chamber of Commerce! Roberta has worked tirelessly to promote our community and local businesses. We are grateful for all she has accomplished and wish her well in her retirement.
The Board of Directors has not yet  hired someone as Executive Director. However, during this interim we are grateful to CloudCorp and to the Cloud County Tourism office, who will help us ensure that we can continue to offer many of the services you rely on such as purchasing and redeeming Chamber Bucks and Chamber coffee on Tuesday mornings at 8:15 a.m. A big thank you to Ashley McMillan, Donna Barrett and Tammy Britt for assisting us.
The Board of Directors will meet in January to explore all of our options as we go forward. If you have ideas you would like us to consider, please contact any board member. Thank you for your patience and support during this transition.

                                       Sincerely,
                                        Jean Rosemarynoski, CSJ
                                         Board Chair
