Birth

 Rans and Allegra Lowell, Overland Park, announce the birth of their daughter, Adeline Grace Lowell, born Sept. 7 at Regional Medical Center, Overland Park. She weighed seven pounds one ounce and was 18" long.
Maternal grandparents are Robin and Annette Hood, Concordia. Paternal grandparents are Jay and Ann Lowell, also of Concordia. Great-grandparents are Brad and Lee Lowell, Concordia; Daryl and Sue Gum, Pueblo, Colo.;  Virginia Ransopher, Clyde, and Edna Rogge, Wakefield.
