John L. Underwood appeared Jan. 9 and was found Guilty and convicted of two violations of Giving a Worthless Check. He was sentenced to six months in the Cloud County Jail for each violation and ordered to pay the costs of the action, $160,  restitution of $68.65 to Corner Liquor and $73.70 to Liquor Outlet and administrative handling fee to the Cloud County treasurer, $20. His sentence was suspended with Defendant being placed on unsupervised probation for six months with specific terms and conditions.
On another charge, Underwood was found Guilty and convicted of Giving a Worthless Check and was sentenced to six months in the Cloud County Jail, ordered to pay costs of the action, $160, restitution of $102.73 to the Downtown Smokeshop and administrative handling fee of $10 to the Cloud County treasurer. His sentence was suspended with Defendant being placed on unsupervised probation for six months with specific terms and conditions.
Danny Wayne Niedo appeared Jan. 4 and was found Guilty and convicted of two violations of Battery. He was sentenced to six months in the Cloud County Jail for each count, to be served concurrently and ordered to pay costs of the action, $160 and a BIDS administrative fee of $100 by Feb. 27. Defendant was given credit for time served. His sentence was suspended and he was placed on unsupervised probation for six months with specific terms and conditions.
