Triston Cade Stepter appeared Nov. 21 and was found Guilty and convicted of Unlawful Possession or Consumption of a Cereal Malt Beverage by a Minor. He was sentenced to the custody of the Cloud County Jail for 30 days and ordered to pay a fine of $200 and costs of the action, $96, by Dec. 4. Defendant's sentence shall be suspended upon full payment of all costs and fine. He shall reappear before the Court at 9 a.m., Dec. 4, if all costs and fine are not paid in full. The Court directs the Division of Motor Vehicles to suspend Defendant's driving privileges pursuant to statute.
Christina M. Noah appeared Nov. 20 and was found Guilty and convicted of Driving While License Suspended She was sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay a fine of $100 and costs of the action, $96. Defendant's sentence shall be suspended on the condition that all fines and costs are paid in full by Dec. 11. She shall reappear before the Court at 9 a.m., Dec. 11, if all costs and fine are not paid in full.
Carl L. Miller appeared Nov. 20 and was found Guilty and convicted of No Driver's License. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail, ordered to pay a fine of $100 and the costs of the action, $96. His sentence was suspended on condition that all fines and costs are paid in full by Dec. 18. Defendant shall reappear before the Court at 9 a.m., Dec. 18, if all costs and fine are not paid in full.
Danny Alan Empson appeared Nov. 15 and was found Guilty and convicted of Unlawful Misbranding of Drugs. He was sentenced to 12 months in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay the costs of the action, $158, an alcohol/drug testing fee of $40, a BIDS Application fee of $100 and all other assessed fees. No Attorney fees were assessed in this action, pursuant to State vs. Robinson. Defendant was given credit for time previously served and placed on unsupervised probation for 12 months following specific terms and conditions.
Nathan Gilbert appeared Nov. 21 and was found Guilty and convicted of No Driver's License. He was ordered to pay a fine of $50 and costs of the action, $96, by Dec. 19. Defendant shall reappear before the Court at 9 a.m., Dec. 19, if all costs and fine are not paid in full.
