CRIMINAL

 Joshua Lee Kinder appeared Dec. 18 and was found Guilty and convicted of Theft and Criminal Damage to Property. For the charge of Theft, he was sentenced to 12 months in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay costs of this action in the sum of $158 forthwith.
 For the charge of Criminal Damage to Property, he was sentenced to six months in Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay restitution of $451 to Concordia Animal Shelter forthwith.  The Court finds Defendant's sentences shall be served concurrently and he is given credit for time previously served. The Court further finds that Defendant's sentence shall be suspended with Defendant being placed on unsupervised probation for a period of six months with specific terms and conditions.
 Skyler Wayne Jacobs appeared Dec. 18 and was convicted of a charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and sentenced to 12 months in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay costs of this action in the sum of $158, an alcohol/drug testing fee of  $40, a probation supervision fee of $60, a community service work insurance fee of $8.50 and all other assessed fees.
 The Court finds the Defendant has been convicted of a charge of Unlawful Consumption of a Cereal Malt Beverage by a Minor, and shall be sentenced to one month in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay a fine of $200.  The Court finds that Defendant's sentences shall be served concurrently.
 The Court further finds that Defendant's sentence shall be suspended with the Defendant being placed on supervised probation with Court Services for a period of 12 months with specific terms and conditions. Defendant shall perform 20 hours of approved community service work.  Additional hours of service at the rate of $6.00 per hour may be performed to offset the fine imposed in this case.
Defendant shall obtain an alcohol/drug evaluation at his own expense and follow all recommendations.
 The Court directs the Division of Motor Vehicles to suspend Defendant's driving privileges pursuant to statute.
