Colton C. Hubbard appeared March 20 and was found Guilty and convicted of Theft. He was sentenced to 12 months in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay costs of the action, $160, restitution of $4.30 to Short Stop and all other assessed fees by April 24. His sentence will be suspended with Defendant being placed on unsupervised probation for six months with specific terms and conditions.
Fletcher Derrell Burton appeared March 20 and was found Guilty and convicted of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 12 months in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay costs of the action, $160, an alcohol/drug testing fee of $40, a probation supervision fee of $60 and all other assessed fees. His sentence was suspended with Defendant being placed on supervised probation with Court Services for 12 months following specific terms and conditions.
Cristy Jean Godby appeared March 20 and was found Guilty and convicted of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving While License Suspended, First Offense. For possession of drug paraphernalia, she was sentenced to 12 months in the Cloud County Jail, ordered to pay costs of the action, $160, an alcohol/drug testing fee of $40, a probation supervision fee of $60 and all other assessed fees. For driving while license suspended, first offense, she was sentenced to six months in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay a fine of $100. Her sentence was suspended with Defendant being placed on supervised probation with Court Services for 12 months following specific terms and conditions.
Justin G. Mead appeared March 20 and was found Guilty and convicted of Driving Beyond Restrictions and No Seat Belt. For driving beyond restrictions he was ordered to pay a fine of $100. For no seat belt he was ordered to pay a fine of $10 and costs of the action, $98.
Lori Ann West appeared March 21 and was found Guilty and convicted of Disorderly Conduct. She was sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay a fine of $50 and costs of the action, $160 by May 30. Her sentence will be suspended on condition that all fines and costs are paid in full by May 30. Defendant shall reappear before the Court May 30 at 9 a.m. if all costs and fine are not paid in full.
