CRIMINAL
 Joseph Taylor appeared June 27 and was found Guilty and convicted of No Liability Insurance. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay a fine of $300 and costs of the action, $98. He also was convicted of No Driver's License on Person and ordered to pay a fine of $50. All payments shall be made to the office of the Clerk of the District Court, Cloud County Courthouse by Sept. 26. His sentence was suspended on condition that all fines and costs are paid in full by this date.
 Christopher D. Sukup appeared June 26 and was found Guilty and convicted of Transporting an Open Container. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay a fine of $100 and costs of the action, $98. His sentence was suspended on condition that all fines are paid in full by Aug. 14.
 Juan A. Rodriguez-Iniguez appeared June 26 and was found Guilty and convicted of No Driver's License. He was ordered to pay a fine of $100 and costs of the action, $98 forthwith. His cash bond shall be applied to the costs of this action.
 Blake Anthony Chrisco appeared June 24 on a Motion to Revoke Probation.  Defendant stipulates to the allegations contained in Plaintiff's Motion to Revoke Probation. The Court found that a factual basis exists for Defendant's stipulation and that the same should be accepted by the Court. The Court found that Defendant had violated the terms and conditions of his probation and the same should be revoked. The Court found that Defendant should serve a sanction of 60 days in the Cloud County Jail beginning June 24. In addition he must pay additional costs of $70.90 for drug confirmation fees to the Clerk of the District Court for the Court Services Fund. Upon service of the above sanction, Defendant's probation shall be terminated as unsuccessful, and the unpaid balance of his case referred to the Court trustee for collection.
 Angela Lavonne Bowers appeared June 27 and was found Guilty and convicted of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was senteced to six months in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay costs of the action, $160, and the BIDS Application fee of $100 by Aug. 28. Defendant was given credit for time previously served. Her sentence was suspended and she was plaed on unsupervised probation for 11 months following specific terms and conditions.
