Police Dept. Report
Theft—John Alexander, Concordia, reported theft of items taken from a residence in the 400 block of East 5th at 8 a.m., Oct. 9. The theft had occurred over the last several days. Investigation continues.
Nena Robison, Concordia, reported at approximately 2 p.m., Oct. 9, theft of her checkbook from her vehicle. Investigation continues.
Kevin L. Kline, Delphos, reported at approximately 9 a.m., Oct. 11, that his son’s vehicle had been stolen sometime between 3:30 and 4:30 a.m., that morning, from the 2200 block of Campus Drive. The vehicle is a 1999 silver Pontiac Grand Prix. Investigation continues.
Vance O. Braun, Concordia, reported Oct. 11, theft of property from the 1400 block of East 6th Street. The theft occurred sometime after 1:00 that morning.
Arrests—Officers arrested Scott A. Yoxall, 45, Concordia, at 1:45 p.m., Oct. 9, in the 1800 block of Broadway on a Cloud County Warrant for failure to appear.
Officers arrested Eric LeShore, 21, Concordia, at approximately 7 p.m., Oct. 10, in the 700 block of West 10th Street on a Concordia Municipal Court Warrant for Failure to Appear.
Officers conducted an inspection of a commercial motor vehicle at 9:15 p.m., Oct. 10, in the 1100 block of Rust Road and, upon investigation, arrested Curtis Glenn Marquis, 33, Concordia, for driving while suspended.
Damage to property—Leann Strnad, Concordia, reported at approximately 6:45 p.m., Oct. 11, damage to her vehicle while it was parked in the 500 block of East 16th Street.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At 1:17 p.m., Friday, Medic-1 responded to the 800 block of Matthew Street and transported one patient to Cloud County Health Center and back home.
AT 7:40 p.m., Friday, Medic-3 responded to the 100 block of Fox Road for a one vehicle accident. No transport was made.
At 2:58 a.m., Saturday, Medic-1 responded to the 1900 block of Lincoln Street and transported one patient to Cloud County Health Center.
At 3:41 a.m., Saturday, Medic-1 responded to Mt. Joseph and transported one patient to Cloud County Health Center.
At 8:40 p.m., Monday, Medic-1 went to Mt. Joseph and transported an 83-year-old female to Cloud County Health Center.
