Theft—Steven Baglo, Concordia, reported at approximately 8:45 a.m., Oct. 22, the theft of a cell phone belonging to Kyle R. Baglo, Concordia. The theft occurred sometime Oct. 20 from the 400 block of West 10th Street.
Stanley C. Jones, Concordia, reported at approximately 1 p.m., Oct. 22, theft of property from the 800 block of Russ Street. The theft occurred in the last 48 hours. Investigation continues.
Battery—Officers investigated a report of battery at approximately 4 p.m., Oct. 22, involving two juveniles in the 400 block of West 10th Street. Investigation continues.
Fire Dept./EMS Report
At 10:43 p.m., Thursday, Medic-1 went to the 400 block of West 5th Street and transported a 55-year-old male to Cloud County Health Center.
