Police Dept. Report
Accident—Officers investigated a two vehicle accident at approximately 3:30 p.m., Nov. 16, in the 700 block of Broadway, involving vehicles driven by Skyler W. Jacobs, Jamesotwn, and Shirley A. Hamilton, Volin, S.D.
Arrest—Officers arrested Houston A. Volk, 19, Friend, Neb., at approximately 3 a.m., Nov. 18, in the 2200 block of Campus Drive, charging him with Domestic Battery. Volk was transported to Cloud County Corrections.

Sheriff’s Report
Arrests—During a traffic stop, officers arrested Travis L. Payne and Penny M. Nease at 8:20 p.m., Nov. 5, for Possession of Hallucinogenic and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Non-injury accidents—At 6:55 p.m., Nov. 13, Lisa Fahey was involved in a car/deer accident on Washington Street east of Campbell Street, in Clyde.
At 7:20 p.m., Nov. 13, Peggy Arpin was involved in a car/deer accident on Deer Road just east of N. 80th Road.
At 9 p.m., Nov. 13, Daniel Willard was involved in a car/deer accident on Deer Road at N. 120th Road.
Arrested—David W. Moffett was arrested at 11:12 a.m., Nov. 14, for Disorderly Conduct at Lincoln and 15th in Concordia. Moffett was using a mop on vehicles as they entered the intersection. He was wearing a clown wig and dancing and spinning around in circles.
Dustin R. Fuller was arrested at 5:20 a.m., Nov. 15, for D.U.I.  A Cloud County Deputy responded to an accident on Quail Road west of N. 120th Road. Investigation of the accident led to the arrest.
Citation—During a traffic stop in the 500 block of 11th Street in Concordia, Kayla I. Lambert received a citation for speeding at 12 a.m., Nov. 15. She also was cited for Transporting an Open Container, and Minor in Consumption of alcohol. 

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At 2:05 p.m., Tuesday, Medic-1 responded to the 500 block of East 8th and transported one patient to Cloud County Health Center.
At 3:40 p.m., Tuesday, Medic-1 responded to Mt. Joseph and transported one patient to Cloud County Health Center.
At 7:12 p.m., Tuesday, Medic-1 responded to the 400 block of West 6th and transported one patient to Cloud County Health Center.
