Police Dept. Report
Accidents—Officers investigated an accident at approximately 11:40 a.m., Dec. 11, in the parking lot of OCCK involving a vehicle driven by Steven G. Breeding, Concordia, and owned by OCCK, Inc., Concordia, and a legally parked and unattended vehicle owned by Kendra Krier, also of Concordia.
Officers investigated a minor accident at approximately 1 p.m., Dec. 11, in the 700 block of Lincoln Street, involving vehicles driven by Johnni K. Ramsey and Carole K. Mendenhall, both of Concordia.
Christine Workman, Concordia, reported at approximately 1 p.m., Dec. 11, that her legally parked and unattended vehicle had been struck while parked in the 400 block of Broadway. Douglas E. DeGraff, Concordia, later advised he was the other party involved in this accident.
Officers investigated a two vehicle accident at approximately 3:15 p.m., Dec. 12, in the 600 block of Republican Street, involving vehicles driven by Shasta M. LeDuc, Concordia, and Melissa A. Loeffler, Jamestown.
John F. Mastin, Concordia, reported at approximately 11 p.m., Dec. 12, that he had struck a light pole between 5 and 5:15 p.m. in the 900 block of Second Ave.
Arrests—Officers arrested Gerald W. Johnson, 24, Concordia, at approximately 7 p.m., Dec. 11, in the 400 block of West 6th Street on a Concordia Municipal Court Warrant for failure to appear.
Officers arrested Jarrod N. Valeka, 25, Concordia, at approximately 6:30 a.m., Dec. 13, in the 500 block of West 6th, charging him with Criminal Damage to Property and Domestic Violence.
Damage to property—Frank Dobrinski, Concordia, reported at approximately 8:30 a.m., Dec. 13, that someone had broken out the back window on his vehicle while it was parked in the 300 block of East 1st Street. Damage occurred after 7 p.m., Saturday.

Sheriff's Dept. Report
Arrests – Two men were arrested after the Cloud County Sheriff's Department executed a search warrant at 117 S. Railroad in Clyde, early Friday morning.
Harold G. Mildrexler, 61, Clyde and Nicholas S. Farfalla, 28, Omaha, Neb., were both arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The search warrant was executed by the North Central Kansas Special Tactical and Response Team.
Both men remain in the Cloud County Jail, awaiting court appearances.
