Police Dept. Report
Theft—Don Griffin, Salina, reported at approximately 2:22 p.m., July 23, Theft of Property while he was in the 2100 block of Lincoln. Investigation continues.
Arrests—Officers arrested Casey Zach, 24, Concordia, at approximately 5:38 p.m., July 23, in the 1300 block of Kansas for Driving While Suspended. Zach was transported to Cloud County Jail.
Officers investigated a one vehicle accident at approximately 9:11 p.m., July 23, in the 1000 block of Lincoln involving a vehicle driven by Terrell Davis of Oceanside, Calif., and a fence owned by Short Stop. Upon further investigation officers arrested Terrell Davis, 21, Oceanside, charging him with Driving While Suspended. Davis was transported to Cloud County Jail.
Officers arrested a juvenile female at approximately 9:53 p.m., July 24, in the 1900 block of State charging her with DUI, Transporting an Open Container and Minor in Possession. Juvenile was released to custody of her parent.
Hit and run—Nicole Gieber reported at approximately 9:46 p.m., July 24, that her vehicle was damaged in a Hit and Run accident while it was parked in the 100 block of East 10th. Investigation continues.
