Police Dept. Report
Damage to property—Machelle Barleen, Concordia, reported at approximately 8:30 a.m., Sept. 12, that sometime after 1:20 a.m. someone had damaged property in the 500 block of East 16th Street. Investigation continues.
Arrest—Officers arrested Mark Allen Redd, 30, Concordia, at approximately 2 p.m. in the 100 block of East College Drive. Redd was arrested on a Cloud County Warrant for Theft and transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Theft—Alejandro Esteban, Concordia, reported the Theft of a Vehicle at 2 a.m., Sept. 15. Vehicle was taken from the 200 block of West 2nd Street. It is a 2005 Chevy C2500 truck, gray in color with Texas license plates BW45665. Anyone seeing this vehicle or having information on its whereabouts is asked to call Concordia Police Department, 785.243.3131.
Hit and run—Greggory Germann, Clifton, reported his vehicle was struck and damaged at approximately 6:30 p.m., Sept. 16. Vehicle was parked and unattended in the 400 block of West 9th Street when damage occurred.
Arrests—Officers arrested Stephanie A. Carlson, 38, Waterville, at 7:30 p.m., Sept. 16 during a traffic stop on U.S. 81 and Trail Road. Carlson was charged with Driving While Suspended, Expired Driver's License and Expired Tags. Carlson also was found to have a Shawnee County Warrant for Failure to Appear. She was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Officers conducting a traffic stop at 12:15 a.m., Sept. 17 in the 600 block of Valley Street arrested Jace Alexander Moore, 18, Concordia, and a 17-year-old juvenile. Moore and the juvenile were both charged with two counts of Burglary, Felony Theft, Theft, Criminal Damage to Property, Felony Obstruction and Minor in Possession. Moore also was charged with Felony Resisting and was transported to Cloud County Corrections. The juvenile was seen by Juvenile Intake and transported to Junction City Detention Center.
