Police Dept. Report
Lost and found—A number of items have been turned in to the Concordia Police Department to be identified and claimed. The items, date and location found are: Nebraska driver's license, July 1, Dollar General; girl's bicycle, July 15, 500 block East 6th; Kansas driver's license, July 19, Walmart; keys on key ring, July 30, 9th and Church; yard tool edger, Aug. 2, 7th and Cedar; travel bag with contact/glasses contents, Aug. 4, 300 E. 6th; three keys on key ring, Aug. 19, City Park near gazebo; Chevy key with picture of boy, Aug. 24, 700 W. 11th; racing  helmet, Aug. 30, 300 E. 13th; Samsung phone in case, Aug. 30, 6th and Olive. These items were turned in to Walmart lost and found and brought to the Police Department Aug. 21: handicapped placard, four keys, Chevy logo, Celtics logo, gold key and large orange "1" on key ring, necklace with black jewel flowers, key with red cover, key on key ring, CD case with misc. CDs.
Arrests—Officers assisted Kansas Department of Corrections at 2 p.m., Aug. 30, in the 300 block of West 5th Street with the arrest of Cody S. Funk. Funk, 21, was arrested on a KDOC Warrant for Theft, Burglary and Solicitation of a Child and transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Officers arrested Ronald Eugene Stump Jr., 34, Belleville, at approximately 5:20, Aug. 30, in the 1600 block of Lincoln Street on a Warrant for Identity Theft and Attempted Theft. Stump was transported to Cloud County corrections.
Officers arrested Joshua Duane Malloy, 19, Topeka, at 11:05 p.m., Sept. 2, in the 700 block of 2nd Ave., charging him with Driving Under the Influence, Transporting an Open Container and Minor in Consumption. Malloy was transported to Cloud County Corrections. Vincent Paul Peters, 19, Concordia, was charged with Minor in Consumption and Transporting an Open Container. Peters was cited and released.


Fire Dept./EMS Report
At 11:07 a.m., Monday, Medic-1 went to Cloud County Health Center for a long distance transfer to Salina Regional Health Center.
