GEORGE C. WHITE
George C. White, 84, Wakefield, Kan. died Nov. 13, 2012, at home. He was born Jan. 14, 1928, in Red Rock, Okla., to James and Hattie ( Quinette) White. He married Viola Mann in 1949. She died in 2010. He worked for the Union Pacific Railroad for 42 1/2 years. Survivors: sons, Joe and James White; daughters, Betty White and Viola Kasarda; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by wife; 2 daughters, 3 brothers, 5 sisters, one grandson. Graveside services, 11 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 17, Skiddy, Kan. Cemetery. No visitation.
