CCCC wins in straight sets

LINDSBORG–The Cloud County Community College volleyball team rolled to a three set win over the Bethany College JV team in a non-conference matchup here last night.The T-Birds downed the Swedes 25-18, 25-14 and 25-12. Hilta Pereira, Kaylee Bontrager and Josie Hale led the way with nine kills each. Emily Brown had a team high 11 digs and setter Kylie Penning had 30 assists. Cloud County will host Seward County on Wednesday evening. The Saints are currently third in the Jayhawk West and the T-Birds are fourth.
