Con Kids wrestling hosts tournament

The Concordia Kids Wrestling Club hosted its Con Kids Open Tournament on Saturday.
Concordia had 53 wrestlers place in the top five in their respective divisions. Those placing first include:
Carter Eakins, 46 pounds A, 6-and-under; Tristen Cuellar, 58 pounds, 6-and-under; Ian Ketterman, heavyweight, 6-and-under; Hayden Dvorak, 49 pounds, 8-and-under; Logan Leiszler, 58 pounds C, 8-and-under; Keyan Miller, 76 pounds, 8-and-under; Phoenix Vansant, 76 pounds B, 10-and-under; Hunter Schroeder, 82 pounds, 10-and-under; Wyatt Trost, 90 pounds, 10-and-under; Bradley Edin, 120 pounds, 10-and-under; Blake Leiszler, 80 pounds, 12-and-under; Zachary Strait, 88 pounds, 12-and-under; and Tracer Workman, 120-125 pounds, 14-and-under.
Second-place finishers include:
Warric Eakins, 37 pounds B, 6-and-under; Rush LeDuc, 40 pounds A, 6-and-under; Kale Schroeder, 40 pounds B, 6-and-under; Maddox Frey, 46 pounds C, 6-and-under; Drew Sterrett, 46 pounds D, 6-and-under’; Dustin Sterrett, 49 pounds, 8-and-under; Kadryn McMannus, 52 pounds B, 8-and-under; Braxtin Mason, 64 pounds, 8-and-under; Sajen Kemling, 52-55 pounds, 10-and-under; Shelby Giersch, 100 pounds, 10-and-under; and Eyann Zimmerman, 150-170 pounds, 10-and-under.
Third-place finishers include:
Cierra Cyre, 40 pounds B, 6-and-under; Zane Cuellar, 43 pounds B, 6-and-under; Easton Swihart, 49 pounds, 6-and-under; Tristan Allsman, 64 pounds A, 6-and-under; Justus Trost, 67-70 pounds, 6-and-under; Joshua Bray, 73-80 pounds, 6-and-under; Jayden Christianson, 61 pounds, 8-and-under; Kameron Knox, 67 pounds B, 8-and-under; Drew Brown, 70 pounds, 8-and-under; Kassidy Leiszler, 58 pounds, 10-and-under; Cade Anderson, 72 pounds B, 10-and-under; Jaiden Hinzman, 110 pounds, 10-and-under; Blaze Payeur, 140-155 pounds, 14-and-under; Brent Beaumont, 160-165 pounds, 14-and-under; and Baley Kindel, 175-205 pounds, 14-and-under.
Fourth-place finishers include:
Chris LaPolice, 40 pounds A, 6-and-under; Jagger Johnson, 55 pounds, A, 6-and-under; Torxten Kindel, 49 pounds, 8-and-under; Caitlyn Cyre, 55 pounds B, 8-and-under; Gage Smith, 80 pounds, A, 8-and-under; Andrew Mikesell, 80 pounds B, 8-and-under; Zane Reed, 73 pounds A, 10-and-under; Caden Womack, 79 pounds A, 10-and-under; Layton Kindel, 82 pounds, 10-and-under; Tryston Jochems, 110-115 pounds, 12-and-under; and Keaton Rudolph, 115 pounds, 14-and-under.
Fifth-place finishers include:
Thomas Genereux, 61 pounds A, 8-and-under; Taskin Kindel, 85 pounds, 10-and-under; and Aaron Thorton, 95 pounds, 10-and-under.
The Concordia Kids Club had four wrestlers place in the Herrington Tournament on Sunday.
Easton Swihart, 49 pounds, 6-and-under; Braxtin Mason, 64 pounds, 6-and-under; and Jaiden Christianson, 61 pounds, 8-and-under, recorded first-place finishes.
Carter Eakins, 46 pounds, 6-and-under, placed first.
