ConKids wrestle in Sub-District tournament

LINDSBORG — The Concordia Kids Wrestling Club had 29 wrestlers place in the top six at the Kids Wrestling Sub-District Tournament on Saturday.
First-place finishers include:
Koby Koch, 52 pounds, 8-and-under; Keyan Miller, 76 pounds, 8-and-under; Ian Ketterman, 95 pounds, 8-and-under; Blake Leiszler, 80 pounds, 12-and-under; Zachary Strait, 88 pounds, 12-and-under; Rope Dorman, 120 pounds, 12-and-under; and Brent Beaumont, 165 pounds, 14-and-under.
Second-place finishers include:
Carter Eakins, 46 pounds, 8-and-under; Braxtin Mason, 64 pounds, 8-and-under; Hunter Schroeder, 82 pounds, 10-and-under; Wyatt Trost, 95 pounds, 10-and-under; Jaiden Hinzman, 110 pounds, 10-and-under; Tryston Jochems, 115 pounds, 12-and-under; Matthew Whitley, 132 pounds, high school; and Skyler Hittle, 220 pounds, high school.
Third-place finishers include:
Kale Schroeder, 40 pounds, 8-and-under; Eyann Zimmerman, 150 pounds, 10-and-under; and Tracer Workman, 130 pounds, 14-and-under.
Fourth-place finishers include:
Peyton Burross, 90 pounds, 10-and-under; Jared Knapp, 155 pounds, 14-and-under; and Brentin Edwards, 113 pounds, high school.
Fifth-place finishers include:
Dustin Sterrett, 49 pounds, 8-and-under; Logan Leiszler, 61 pounds, 8-and-under; Kameron Knox, 67 pounds, 8-and-under; Drew Brown, 73 pounds, 8-and-under; Kassidy Leiszler, 61 pounds, 10-and-under; Caden Womack, 82 pounds, 10-and-under; and Shelby Giersch, 95 pounds, 10-and-under.
Easton Swihart, 52 pounds, 8-and-under, placed sixth.
