Local wrestlers place

 The Concordia Kids Wrestling Club had wrestlers competing in three tournaments this past weekend.
Concordia had eight wrestlers place in the top five at the Rock Creek Tournament.
First-place finishers include:
Carter Eakins, 52 pounds, 6-and-under; Tracer Murdock, heavyweight, 6-and-under; Kameron Knox, 80 pounds, 8-and-under; and Caden Womack, 85 pounds, 10-and-under.
Shelby Giersch, 110 pounds, 10-and-under, placed second.
Phoenix Vansant, 90 pounds, 10-and-under, finished htird.
Braxtin Mason, 76 pounds, 8-and-under, finished fourth.
Drew Brown, 82 pounds, 10-and-under, placed fifth.
The Concordia club had seven wrestlers place in the top four at the Ellsworth Tournament.
Drew Sterrett, 52 pounds, 6-and-under, finished first.
Dustin Sterrett, 58 pounds, 8-and-under, and Jaxon Brooks, 58 pounds, 8-and-under, placed second.
Koby Koch, 55 pounds, 8-and-under, and Sajen Kemling, 55 pounds, 10-and-under, finished third.
Jakub Brooks, 46 pounds, 6-and-under, and Austen Huehl, 76 pounds, 10-and-under placed fourth.
Zachary Strait, competing in the Liberty Nationals, finished fifth in the 100-pound class in the 14-and-under division.
