Panthers lose two to Abilene

 Abilene dealt the Concordia High School volleyball team a pair of North Central Kansas League losses Tuesday night in the Concordia Junior-Senior High School gymnasium.
The Panthers were beaten 25-21, 25-10 in the first match by the Cowgirls.
Jordan Eshbaugh had seven kills, four blocks, four digs and four service points for Concordia.
Leyli Beims had four kills and a block for the Panthers.
Faith Balthazor had 40 good sets in 41 attempts with 15 assists, three digs and five service points with two aces.
Chandler Lamm finished with six digs.
Shania Anguish and Jera Metro had five digs each.
Abilene won the second match in straight sets, 25-12, 25-10.
Metro had three kills and six digs in the match.
Anguish had six digs.
Eshbaugh had five digs and two kills.
Balthazor had 17 good sets in 19 attempts with four assists.
Alex Wilcox had 13 good sets in 15 attempts.
Concordia will host its invitational tournament on Saturday.
