T-Birds lose in five sets to Kansas Wesleyan JV
SALINA — Cloud County dropped a five set match to the Kansas Wesleyan junior varsity volleyball team on Friday.
The Thunderbirds lost the first set, 25-15.
Cloud County went up 2-1 with 25-19 and 26-24 wins.
Kansas Wesleyan won the fourth set 29-27, and took the fifth set, 15-8.
Erin Terrell had 22 kills in the match for Cloud County.
Madison Hoover had 12 kills and four blocks.
Averie Gritten finished with 41 assists and 11 digs.
Ariel Buhr had 30 digs and 20 perfect passes.
