T-Birds lose in four sets

GREAT BEND — Barton County defeated the Cloud County Thunderbirds in four sets in Jayhawk Conference Western Division volleyball play last Thursday.
Cloud County won the first set of the match, 25-23.
Barton County then won the next three sets, 25-14, 25-20, 25-19.
Madison Hoover had 14 kills for the T-Birds.
Kendra Zabokrtsky finished with nine kills.
Hailey Kelly had 13 digs for Cloud County.
Ariel Buhr had 12 digs, and Erin Terrell had 11.
Prairee Marlier finished with 25 assists.
