Washburn signs Regnier

Paige Regnier, a senior at McPherson High School, has signed a volleyball letter of intent with Washburn University.
Regnier, 6-0, had 433 kills, 198 digs and 35 stuff blocks for a McPherson team that went 39-4 and advanced to the Class 4A Division I state tournament. She was named to the Kansas Volleyball Coaches Association All-State team and was selected to the All-State Tournament team and All-AVCTL Division III.
In Regnier’s three years as a starter, McPherson was 125-12 and won the state championship in 2012. She received all-league and all-state recognition her junior year.
