Benefit golf tournament raises funds for K-9 unit

The 1st Annual Marc Henry Memorial Golf Tournament & Auction was held at the Concordia Golf and Wellness facility on Saturday, June 8th.
Henry, a Concordia police officer, tragically lost his life in a vehicular accident on June 11, 2018.
Nearly 50 golfers participated in the tournament, and the proceeds will be used to purchase a new K-9 unit for the Concordia Police Department.
"I really appreciate how the community came out to support Marc and this golf tournament," said Lisa Strauss. "I hope to see the tournament continue to grow in the future, because the money will continue to help better Concordia."
