CCHC implementing visitor restrictions

Cloud County Health Center, in an effort to protect the patients, visitors and employees during influenza season, is implementing visitor restrictions.
The restrictions, which are effective immediately, include:
• Immediate family members only. Infants/small children are strongly discouraged from visiting.
• Do not visit if you are ill or have any signs or symptoms of flu, such as cough, runny nose, fever, sore throat, muscle aches and fatigue.
• Persons with compromised immune systems or pulmonary complications should visit only if absolutely necessary.
• Any visitor noted to have flu symptoms will be given a mask and asked to leave the facility.
• Compassionate exceptions to these restrictions may be warranted and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
