CCHD reports three positive virus cases from group setting

The Cloud County Health Department (CCHD) reported Wednesday morning, August 12, that an additional three positive COVID-19 tests have occurred in a group living setting.
Over 100 tests were administered after a resident of the group living setting tested positive on August 6. The resident passed away on August 8th, becoming Cloud County's first COVID019 fatality.
16 test results are still pending from testing done at the group living facility.
There are currently seven active COVID-19 cases in Cloud County.
Since the COVID-19 outbreak began, Cloud County has recorded a total of 40 cases.
There are currently no COVID-19 hospitalizations in Cloud County.
