Chiefs’ fans brave frigid temps to watch title game at Plaza

Three hardy souls braved the frigid temperatures outdoors on Sunday afternoon at the Broadway Plaza to watch the Kansas City Chiefs/Tennessee Titans AFC championship game.
"We wanted to have the feeling of being there at the game," said Everett Ford. "Except my wife's in the car."
Scott Coppoc and his wife DeeDee had a true fan's reason. "I said we were going to do it even if it was freezing," Scott said.
"And I'm with him," DeeDee added with a laugh.
The three brave fans were rewarded with a Chiefs victory that sends the team to Super Bowl LIV to face off against the San Francisco 49ers on February 2 in Miami.
