Concordia man arrested on drug-related charges

A Concordia man was arrested on drug-related charges by Concordia Police Department officers on Wednesday morning.
According to a release from the police department, officers arrested Thomas Kirgis, 19, in the 600 block of East Sixth Street on a Cloud County warrant for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute; possession of a hallucinogenic drug with intent to sell, deliver or distribute; possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; and criminal use of a weapon.
Kirgis was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
