Concordia residents charged with distribution of meth

Two Concordia residents were arrested on drug related charges following an investigation by Concordia Police Department officers on Tuesday afternoon.
Officers responded to the 1100 block of Cedar Street at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday, and upon investigation arrested Dain Brown, 29, Concordia, and Christine Koch, 42, Concordia.
Brown and Koch were transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center and charged with distribution of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia.
