Hometown Holiday is Nov. 23

The Business in Motion committee of the Concordia Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring Hometown Holiday on November 23.
Activities will begin in Downtown Concordia at 3 p.m.
On Mondays through Fridays until November 21, the Business in Motion elf, “Elfie” will be located at Chamber businesses. Be the first to take a selfie with him and win a a prize.

Events downtown during Hometown Holiday include:
3 p.m. - Showing of the movie “A Christmas Story” at Broadway Plaza. Concessions will be available.
4:45 p.m. - Christmas tree lighting with Santa Claus at Broadway Plaza.
5 p.m. - Snowball drop at Broadway Plaza.
5-8 p.m.. - Pictures with Santa at Flower Gallery; Santa's workshop at Sharp Performance; Make magical reindeer food for Santa's reindeer at Britt's Fountain & Gifts; Holiday keepsake crafts at Nex-Tech Wireless; Sugar cookie decorating at Me & Ma's Bakery ($3 per cookie); Wood slice ornament at Moody Hue Studio ($5 per ornament); Punch a Present at Shelter Insurance; String of lights by Color Coordinations at Century 21; Carriage rides at Broadway Plaza ($3 per person/age 3 and under free); Concession stand hosted by Business in Motion at Broadway Plaza.
