Hospice Tree Lighting

Meadowlark Hospice, since 1990, has hosted Tree of Light Ceremonies in communities within their service area.
The tradition is coordinated with Hospice volunteers.
Ceremonies are conducted indoors and include music, a symbolic votive candle is lit.
The ceremony will also include recognition of the Meadowlark Hospice patients that have passed away between November 1, 2017 and October 31, 2018.
There will Meadowlark Hospice Tree of Light Ceremony at the First Christian Church in Concordia on November 26 at 11 a.m.
Gifts to Meadowlark Hospice are made in memory of a hospice patient, someone who had passed away or in honor of an individual still living.
Meadowlark Hospice continues to use the gifts to help provide care to any person in need of hospice care regardless of their ability to pay or costs not covered by insurance.
A memorial can be made to the Tree of Light in honor of loved ones.
