Moran to visit Concordia as part of Listening Tour
U.S. Senator Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) will be at the Concordia American Legion Post #76 from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Friday as part of his Kansas Listening Tour.
Area residents are encouraged to share feedback with Moran on critical issues facing Kansas and the nation.
The issues Moran focuses on, and the work he does in Washington D.C., are largely based on the conversations he has with Kansans during his Listening Tour stops.
Moran, throughout his time in Kansas, has made it a priority to stay connected to the people he represents, despite a distance of more than 1,000 miles between Capitol Hill and Kansas.
Since his election to the U.S. Senate, Moran has continued to hold listening tour stops in each of Kansas' 105 counties.
While serving in the U.S. House of Representatives, Moran traveled to each of the 69-counties during his annual Big First Listening Tour.
