Police Dept. Report
Arrest – At 9:45 a.m. Tuesday, officers arrested Teniesha Kuhn, 22, Lincoln, Neb. In the 800 block of Washington Street on a Cloud County warrant for bond violation. She was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

Sheriff's Dept. Report
Arrests – At about 9:33 p.m January 10, a Cloud County Sheriff's Department deputy went to 523 East 10th St. in Concordia to serve an arrest warrant. Deputies arrested Matthew Tate, Concordia, on Cloud County District Court warrant for abuse of a child. Tate was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At about 4:26 p.m. January 13, a Cloud County Sheriff's Department deputy stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on U.S. Highway 81 at Noble Road. During the traffic stop an investigation resulted in the arrest of Jennifer Prentice, Latham, Kan. Prentice was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Disturbance - At about 5:55 p.m. Sunday, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a domestic disturbance report at 320 West Spruce St. in Miltonvale. Following an investigation, Diane Milhomme and Viola Fox, both of Miltonvale, were charged with domestic battery.
Accidents – At about 8:05 p.m. January 11, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a one-vehicle accident in the 2100 section of U.S. Highway 24. A 2006 Ford passenger car driven by Nancy Hoesli, Clay Center, was westbound when it slid off the road and struck a sign owned by the Kansas Department of Transportation.
At about 2:55 p.m. Monday, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a one-vehicle rollover accident in the 1600 section of North 260th Road. A 1997 Freightliner driven by James Wilson, Concordia, was northbound when he lost control. The vehicle entered the west ditch where it overturned and came to rested. Clyde EMS and Fire responded to the scene for possible injuries sustained. However Wilson was not transported by Clyde EMS.
