Accidents--At approximately 1:30 p.m. January 17, officers investigated a one vehicle accident involving an unknown vehicle and property owned by Daniel Ketterer.
At approximately 10:00 a.m. January 19, officers investigated a two vehicle accident in the 2100 block of Blosser Drive involving vehicles driven by Kenneth Hartzel, Concordia, and David Gaddis, Gaylord.
At approximately 3:50 p.m. January 20, officers investigated a one vehicle accident in the 900 block of West 11th St. involving a vehicle driven by Sara Young, Concordia, and property owned by the Cloud County Health Department.
Arrest—At approximately 5:40 a.m. January 19, officers arrested Kevin Licharowicz, 26, Concordia in the 1000 block of Lincoln on a Cloud County District Court warrant for domestic battery and criminal damage to property.
