Police Dept. Report
Damage to property – At 1:30 p.m. Friday, Kirk Barr, Concordia, reported damage to property which occurred in the 500 block of East 10th Street. The investigation continues.
Arrests – At 5:15 p.m. Saturday, officers arrested Jade Edmundson, 19, Concordia, in the 1600 block of Lincoln Street on two Cloud County warrants for worthless checks, a Clay County warrant for felony theft and an Ottawa County warrant for worthless checks. Edmundson was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At 1:15 a.m. Monday, officers arrested Amber J. Franco, 37, Concordia, in the 1500 block of Lincoln Street on two Salina Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear and criminal depravation of property. Franco was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At 1:30 a.m. Monday, officers arrested Jennifer L. Spicher, 30, Concordia, in the 500 block of East Eighth Street on a Mitchell County warrant for aggravated child endangerment. Spicher was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
