Sheriff's Dept. Report
Arrests – At about 6:30 p.m. January 24, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department attempted to serve an arrest warrant at 417 West Sixth Street in Concordia. While at the location, deputies arrested Kenton Morgan, Concordia, on a Cloud County District Court warrant for contempt of court. Morgan was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At about 7:40 p.m. January 24, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a domestic disturbance report at 30 West Ash St. in Miltvonvale. Following an investigation, deputies arrested Colby Cormack, Miltonvale, and charged him with domestic battery. Cormack was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

Fraud – At 12 p.m. Monday, officers investigated a case of fraud that had occurred in the 500 block of East Seventh Street. The investigation continues.
