Police Dept. Report
Accidents—At approximately 11:45 a.m. January 3, officers investigated a two vehicle accident in the 100 block of E. 6th St., involving vehicles driven by Mark Olson, Hoxie, and Susan Anderson, Hebron.
At approximately 12:05 p.m. January 4, officers investigated a two vehicle accident in the 1700 block of Lincoln, involving vehicles driven by Kyele Mendenhall, Buhler, and Thomas Lamb, Concordia.
At approximately 7:30 p.m. January 4, officers investigated a two vehicle accident in the 1700 block of Lincoln, involving vehicles driven by Troy Parks, Goddard, and Tanya Paul, Concordia.
Arrests— At approximately 5:50 p.m. January 4, officers arrested Joseph Staub, 35, Concordia, in the 300 block of W. 6th St. on charges of possession of a stimulant, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia. Staub was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 9:30 p.m. January 4, officers arrested Desiree Stolzenburg, 21, Salina, in the 100 block of E. College Drive on a Cloud County warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia and a Saline County warrant for bond violation. Stolzenburg was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Theft—At approximately 10:30 a.m. January 3, officers received a report of theft of services in the 300 block of E. 2nd. After investigation, Jason Carter, 42, Concordia, was charged with theft of services.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At approximately 6:57 p.m. January 5, M-4 responded to the 1000 block of Vista Rd. for a 67-year-old male. There was no transport.
At approximately 9:41 p.m. January 5, M-4, T-2 responded to the 400 block of E. 11th St. for an 81-year-old male. There was no transport.
At approximately 4:05 a.m. January 6, M-4, T-2 responded to the 400 block of W. 6th St. for a 46-year-old male. There was no transport.
