Theft – At 5:50 p.m. Friday, Joseph Urban, Concordia, reported a theft that occurred in the 500 block of East Fifth Street.
Damage to property – At 4:25 p.m. Sunday, Reagan Emerson, Concordia, reported that her vehicle had been struck and damaged over the weekend while parked in the 2200 block of Campus Drive.
