Arrests – At 7:30 p.m Thursday, officers arrested Eric Sinnard, 33, Kearney, Neb. In the 1600 block of Lincoln Street on a Nebraska warrant for assault in the third degree, obstruction of a police officer, absconding parole, two counts of burglary, three counts of aiding and abetting a felon and possession of a controlled substance. He was also charged with criminal damage to property and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At 6:30 p.m Thursday, officers arrested Shelly Walkup, 36, Lincoln, Neb., in the 1600 block of Lincoln Street. She was charged with felony obstruction and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
