Police Dept. Report
Theft—At approximately 9:35 p.m. October 14, officers investigated a report of theft of a Dolce racing bicycle in the 200 block of West 10th Street.
Accident—At approximately 2:25 p.m. October 14, officers investigated a one-vehicle accident in the 900 mile of North 140th Road involving a vehicle driven by Douglas Colby of Concordia.
Charged—At approximately 11:50 p.m. October 14, officers responded to a disturbance call in the 1100 block of Kemp Street. Kenneth Koelzer, 19, Concordia, was charged with hosting minors consuming alcohol.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At approximately 2:32 a.m. October 15, there was a medical call in the 1100 block of West 11th Street. A patient was transported to Cloud County Health Center.
At approximately 2:21 p.m. October 15, there was a medical call in the 800 block of Spruce Street in Jamestown. A patient was transported to Cloud County Health Center.
At approximately 6:55 p.m. October 15, there was a transfer from Cloud County Health Center to Salina Regional Medical Center.
