Accident--At approximately 1:30 p.m. Oct. 29, officers investigated a one vehicle accident at 11th & Washington involving a vehicle driven by Joel Salguero of Beloit.
Arrests—At approximately 1:00 p.m. October 29, officers arrested Brandi Buchwald, 26, Concordia, in the 300 block of West 6th Street for theft. Buchwald was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 10:35 a.m. October 29, officers arrested Michael Woods, 23, Concordia, for bond violation. Woods was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

At 8:55 a.m. Tuesday, Medic 4 responded to the 500 block of E. 7th Street and transported a 70-year-old female patient to Cloud County Health Center.
At 1:52 p.m. Tuesday, Medic 4 responded to the 600 block of Archer and transported a 49-year-old male to Cloud County Health Center.
At 5:07 p.m. Tuesday, Medic 2 responded to Cloud County Health Center and transferred a 49-year-old male to Salina Regional Health Center.  
At 5:22 p.m. Tuesday, Medic 4 responded to the 1200 block of Noble Road for a 10-year-old female patient. There was no transport.
9:02 p.m. Tuesday, Medic 4 & Truck 2 responded to Hwy. 81, north of Concordia, for a 26-year-old female. There was no transport.
