Arrest—At approximately 8:30 p.m. October 30, officers arrested George Hardin II, 37, Salina, in the 100 block of East College Drive for possession of opiates and possession drug paraphernalia. He was also arrested on a Saline County District Court warrant for Fail to Appear, Salina Municipal Court warrant for Fail to Appear, and Crawford County, Kansas, warrant for Fail to Appear. Hardin II was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Accidents-- At approximately 8:05 p.m. October 30, officers investigated a one vehicle accident involving an unknown vehicle and property owned by the City of Concordia and Prairie Land Electric.
At approximately 5:40 p.m. October 30, officers investigated a two vehicle accident in the 300 block of West 6th Street involving vehicles driven by Doris Hale and Sarah Kolman, both of Concordia.

Accidents—At approximately 6:30 p.m. October 25, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a non-injury accident in the 300 section of Milo Rd. A combine driven by Darin Gronewaller, Beloit, was traveling eastbound when the vehicle struck a bridge owned by Cloud County Road and Bridge.
At approximately 9:20 p.m. October 25, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a one vehicle non-injury accident in the 1600 section of N. 260th Rd. A 2010 Chevy SUV driven by Krystal Richard, Miltonvale, was traveling southbound when the vehicle hit a deer.
At approximately 12:05 p.m. October 27, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a one vehicle non-injury accident in the 300 section of Camp Rd. A 2006 Chevy passenger car driven by Ryan Paillet, Miltonvale, was traveling westbound when the vehicle left the road and overturned in the north ditch.
At approximately 7:50 p.m. October 28, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a one vehicle non-injury accident in the 1900 section of US 81 Hwy. A 1988 Chevy pickup being driven by Kevin Palmer, Concordia, was traveling southbound when he lost control of the vehicle due to slick road conditions and struck a guard rail owned by Kansas Department of Transportation.
At approximately 1:35 a.m. October 29, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a one vehicle non-injury accident in the 2900 section of US 24 Hwy. A 2017 Chevy pickup driven by Robert Hart, Manhattan, was traveling eastbound when the vehicle struck a deer.
At approximately 7:15 p.m. October 30, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a one vehicle injury accident in the 1900 section of US 81 Hwy. A Jeep SUV driven by Alisha Sommerville, Belleville, was traveling southbound when she lost control while crossing the Republican River bridge due to slick road conditions. The vehicle struck the guard rail owned by Kansas Department of Transportation before coming to a stop on the bridge. Concordia EMS responded to the scene to check Sommerville as well as a passenger in the vehicle.  There was no transport by EMS.
Arrests—At approximately 11:55 p.m. October 26, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 1200 section of US 81 Hwy. During the stop, deputies arrested Miguel Quiroz, 35, Tulsa, Okla., charging him with driving without a license and no proof of insurance. Quiroz was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
