Police Dept. Report
Arrest – At about 11:35 p.m. Monday, officers arrested Breanna Swank, 29, Concordia, in the 300 block of West 11th Street on a Marshall County warrant for failure to appear. She was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center and was also cited for driving while suspended from an earlier incident in the 300 block of East Sixth Street.
Cited – At about 9:50 p.m. Monday, officers on routine patrol cited Jerry Loper, 37, Miltonvale, for driving while suspended, and released him.
Accident – At about 1:25 p.m. Monday, officers investigated  an accident involving a vehicle driven by Amburley KoKoruda, Concordia, that had occurred sometime in the prior two days at an unknown location.
Theft – At about 8:50 a.m. Monday, Cloud County Community College reported a theft from the 2200 block of Campus Drive.
