Police Dept. Report
Cited – At about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, officers charged a 14-year-old male with minor in possession of a tobacco product and a 16-year-old male and 15-year-old male of sale of a tobacco product in the 400 block of West Sixth Street. They were cited and released.
Arrest – At about 8:20 a.m. Tuesday, Mount Joseph Senior Village reported theft from the 1100 block of West 11th Street. After an investigation, Megan Worm, 28, Mankato, was charged with theft.
Accident – At about 7 a.m. Tuesday, officers investigated an accident in the 1400 block of Lincoln Street involving vehicles driven by Carol Girard and Mary Becker Waite, both of Concordia.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At 2:13 a.m. Tuesday, Medic 4 and Truck 2 responded to 2221 Campus Drive for an 18-year-old female. No transport was made.
