On Thursday, October 31, 2019, at approximately 1:15 p.m. Justin Terry reported theft from the 300 block of West 5th.
On Thursday, October 31, 2019, at approximately 11:10 a.m. Sotero Mares reported Burglary and theft from the 100 block of East 8th.
On Friday, November 1, 2019, at approximately 2:30 a.m., officers executed a search warrant in the 200 block of East 14th resulting in the arrest of Trina McDonnor, 53, of Concordia, on charges of Distribution of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. McDonnor was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
