Non-injury accidents – At about 8:50 p.m. November 15 the Sheriff's Department responded to an accident in the 1600 section of K-9 Highway. A 2003 Ford pickup driven by James Woodberry, Concordia, was westbound when it struck a deer.
At about 5:55 a.m. November 16, the Sheriff's Department responded to an accident in the 1700 section of Key Road. A 2005 Ford Focus passenger car driven by Arlis Hirsch, Aurora, was westbound when it struck a deer.
At about 11:20 p.m. November 16, the Sheriff's Department responded to an accident in the 2700 section of Rock Road. A 2003 Chevrolet Suburban driven by Kevin Smith, Concordia, was westbound when it struck a deer.
At about 5:10 p.m November 17, the Sheriff's Department responded to an accident in the 2500 section of U.S Highway 24. A 2006 Dodge van driven by Allen Hornhostel, Palmer, was eastbound when it struck a deer.
At about 8:20 p.m. Monday, the Sheriff's Department responded to an accident on Teal Road at approximately North 10th Road. A 2007 Chevrolet passenger car driven by Paula Jones, Jamestown, was eastbound when it struck a deer.
Arrests – At about 10:45 a.m. November 16, a Sheriff's Department deputy conducted a traffic stop in the 900 section of U.S. Highway 81. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Catherine Forrester, Miltonvale, for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Forrester was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At about 4:20 p.m. Wednesday, A Sheriff's Department deputy conducted a traffic stop in the 600 section of U.S. Highway 81. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Christopher Mashburne and Gabriel Mashburne, both of North Richards Hills, Texas, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

Accidents – At 6:35 p.m. Wednesday, officers investigated an accident in the 100 block of East College Drive involving a vehicle driven by Jerry Kinser, Concordia, and a pedestrian, Betty Hasch, Concordia.

At 2:35 p.m. Wednesday, officers investigated an accident in the 200 block of East Sixth Street involving vehicles driven by Marlin Ouelette, Concordia, and Robert Kearn, Concordia.

Theft – At 10:35 p.m. Wednesday, officers investigated a theft that was reported in the 200 block of West Sixth Street. The investigation continues.
