Police Dept. Report
Accident – At 9:45 a.m. Monday, officers investigated an accident involving vehicles driven by Sister Loretta Jasper, Abilene and Angela Eck, Concordia.
Damage to property – At 5:10 a.m. Tuesday, Shandi Finlayson, Concordia, reported damage to property in the 400 block of East Ninth Street. The investigation continues.

Sheriff's Dept. Report
Arrest – At about 1:42 p.m. Sunday, a Cloud County Sheriff's Department deputy stopped a vehicle northbound in the 1300 section of U.S. Highway 81 for a traffic violation. During the stop, Sabrina Mestas, Salina, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, child endangerment and driving while suspended. Mestas was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Accidents – At about 1 a.m. on October 31, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a non-injury accident in the 2100 section of K-9 Highway. A 2004 Chevrolet driven by Lancyio Haskett, Concordia, was westbound when it struck a deer.
At about 3:40 a.m. on October 31, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a non-injury accident in the 2400 section of K-9 Highway. A 2001 Dodge van driven by Kama Naumann, Clifton, was westbound when it struck a deer.
At about 6:45 p.m. on November 2, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a non-injury accident in the 300 section of U.S. Highway 24. A 2008 Buick passenger car driven by Connie Tyler, Mankato, was eastbound when it struck a deer.
Theft – At about 3:35 p.m. on November 2, the cloud County Sheriff's Department received a report of a theft that had occurred at 320 Trail Road. The reporting person said an unknown person had entered the residence and removed several antique items and a firearm.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At 1:41 p.m. Monday, Medic 1 and Rescue 1 responded to a vehicle accident one-half mile south of Jamestown on 40th Road. Medic 4 did a trauma bypass for a 66-year-old female to Salina Regional Health Center.
At 6:40 p.m. Monday, Medic 4 responded to McDonald's for a 19-year-old female. No transport was made.
