Accident - At 9:05 a.m. Wednesday, officers investigated an accident in the 300 block of East 13th Street involving a vehicle owned by Amy Gerard, Concordia, and a vehicle owned by Cameron Ward, Concordia, that was being driven by an unidentified subject who fled the scene. The investigation continues.
